Thank You Kathleen!

 As great as our run has been, the time has sadly come where we must wave not goodbye, but until we see you again to Kathleen Robinson. In her time here, Kathleen has made an impact that many of our Lake Chabot family learning the game of golf will keep with them for the rest of their lives. For days on end, Kathleen could be found on our driving range helping golfers one by one improve their games and she will truly be missed as she pursues her next venture that will take her out of our area. To call her accomplished in her time here would be an understatement and we would like to highlight a few of her achievements since she has been at Lake Chabot.

• Introduced over 500 women to the game of golf through unique programs like LPGA Golf 101, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
• Guided more than 300 beginners through her Ready-Set-Golf! Program, helping make the game be more accessible to those who may have felt it was out of their reach
• Directed junor programming for over 400 juniors, comprising fundamentals, Girls Golf, PGA Junior League, and summer camps, aiming to eliminate barriers to the game and foster a lifelong passion for golf among participants.
• The KMR Golf Academy Girls Golf Program and the Lake Chabot Golf Community gained national attention from the LPGA and USGA for hosting the 2021 US Women's Open Clinic at Lake Chabot, making a positive impact on the next generation of golfers.
• Awarded the prestigious US Kids Golf Top 50 master Coach Award in 2021, a testament to her dedication to coaching and mentorship in the golf community.
• Named the Wester Section Junior Teacher of the Year in 2023, a tremendous honor and a highlight of her professional journey. 

Kathleen, again, we thank you and ae can't say it enough. We look forward to seeing you whenever you're in town!
